First Converting (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in December 2007 with Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) approval from the Malaysia government. Besides, we have been ISO certified company under ISO9001:2015 certification since 2011 and obtained Innovation Management certification under Sirim in 2020.
First Converting equips with a complete die-cut systems ranging from slitting (lathe and rewind type), multiple laminations, and various die-cut facilities that operates in a properly controlled environment. Customized die cut capabilities are our specialized strengths. Our core competency is further enhanced with experienced and qualified staff fit for the right position and functionality. Continuous training is provided to strengthen their skill and professionalism continuously. Life-long learning is our philosophy for human capital development.
In First Converting, we supply ONLY genuine products from the supply source. We strongly believe in product value creation that brings process and product solutions to our valuable customers. Over the years, we gain respect from suppliers and customers to be their dependable and preferred business partners.
Producing high-quality products that fit to use is always our core competency. This is our long-term products quality commitment to all customers that includes local MNCs and international customers. In view of high accuracy requirement as well as the dimension consistency for the products, we utilize Vision Measurement System (VMS) which has with up to 180X magnification for surface and critical dimension checking. Our engineering capabilities is further enhanced with new QA equipment, Instant Measurement Scope from Keyece (IM 7030). Statistics Process Control data such as Cpk, GD&T are available through the system for each measurement instantly. This is important for production output monitoring and controlling to ensure all customized products are made within specified requirements consistently.
